近日，由广东省律师协会、新加坡国际仲裁中心（SIAC）联合主办，新加坡律政部鼎力支持的“2025年广东省涉外律师跨境争议解决培训班”在新加坡圆满落幕。广悦律师事务所合伙人、全国涉外律师领军人才王伟圣律师，参与了这场为期一周的专业培训，并顺利取得结业证书。此次参与不仅是王伟圣律师对跨境争议解决领域的深度探索，更是广悦在国际化法律服务道路上的又一实践。
Recently, the 2025 Guangdong Cross-Border Dispute Resolution Training Program for Foreign-Related Legal Practice Lawyers, jointly organized by the Guangdong Lawyers Association and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and supported by Singapore Ministry of Law, has been successfully concluded in Singapore. Lawyer Wang Weisheng, Partner at Wang Jing & GH Law Firm and a nationally recognized leading talent in foreign-related legal practice, participated in this one-week professional program and successfully obtained the Certificate of Completion. His participation reflects not only his in-depth exploration of cross-border dispute resolution, but also another solid step by Wang Jing & GH Law Firm in advancing its international legal service capabilities.
培训于 11 月 10 日至 14 日在新加坡开展，采用“核心课程+模拟实战+机构参访+同业交流”的四维模式，聚焦国际仲裁核心实务，由Allen & Gledhill LLP 等知名国际律所的专业人士，新加坡国际仲裁中心资深管理层及知名仲裁专家组成的授课阵容，围绕仲裁全流程展开系统教学，从仲裁通知、组庭等基础环节，到临时措施、裁决执行等难点问题，实现理论与实操的深度融合，为应对复杂跨境争议交流了宝贵经验。
The training was conducted in Singapore from November 10th to 14th, adopting a four-dimensional model of “Core Courses + Mock Practical Training + Institutional Visits + Peer Exchanges”. Focusing on the core practices of international arbitration, the teaching team consists of professionals from renowned international law firms such as Allen & Gledhill LLP, senior management of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and well-known arbitration experts. The systematic teaching covers the entire arbitration process, ranging from basic links like arbitration notice and tribunal formation to difficult issues such as interim measures and award enforcement, achieving in-depth integration of theory and practice and facilitating the exchange of valuable experience in addressing complex cross-border disputes.

培训期间，王伟圣律师还随团参访 Rajah & Tann Asia、Drew & Napier 等新加坡顶尖律所及司法机构，与当地法律同行深度交流，进一步拓宽了跨境法律服务的国际视野。结业仪式上，王伟圣律师被授予了结业证书。
During the training period, Lawyer Wang Weisheng also visited top Singaporean law firms such as Rajah & Tann Asia and Drew & Napier as well as judicial institutions with the group. He conducted in-depth exchanges with local legal peers, which further broadened his international perspective on cross-border legal services. At the closing ceremony, Lawyer Wang Weisheng was awarded the Certificate of Completion.
