近日，由香港特别行政区律政司与国际商会（ICC）香港区会联合主办、ICC 国际仲裁院协办的“国际商业仲裁培训（PIDA 1）”在香港圆满落幕。广悦律师事务所王伟圣律师全程参与了该次高端培训，与来自全球的资深仲裁专家、法律实务界人士深度交流，通过实战化训练夯实国际仲裁专业功底。

Recently, the International Commercial Arbitration Training (PIDA 1) --jointly organized by the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong SAR and the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) of Hong Kong branch, and co-organized by the ICC International Court of Arbitration—successfully concluded in Hong Kong. Lawyer Wang Weisheng, Partner at Wang Jing & GH Law Firm, completed the advanced training program. He engaged extensively with seasoned arbitration experts and legal practitioners from across the globe, strengthening his practical expertise in international arbitration through practical training and in-depth discussions.

本次培训以“理论结合实务”为核心，聚焦国际商业仲裁全流程关键环节，内容覆盖仲裁请求书与答辩书起草、仲裁员选任与指定、案件管理技巧、仲裁条款拟定、模拟仲裁聆讯、仲裁裁决分析与执行等核心模块。培训采用模拟个案分析、分组实操演练、专家点评研讨等多元化形式，邀请了ICC国际仲裁院代表、独立仲裁员及知名律所合伙人等业界权威担纲讲师，其中包括 Rede Chambers 独立仲裁员 Kim Rooney、Ashurst 合伙人 Sylvia Tee、香港资深大律师 Winnie Tam 等重磅嘉宾。

This training focused on integrating legal theory with practical application, covering key stages across the full spectrum of international commercial arbitration. The curriculum included drafting Requests for Arbitration and Defense of Statement, Appointment and Selection of arbitrators, case management strategies, drafting arbitration clauses, mock arbitration hearings, and analysis and enforcement of arbitral awards.

The program adopted a multi-modal approach—case simulations, group exercises, and expert commentary. Distinguished instructors included representatives of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, independent arbitrators, and partners from leading international law firms, such as Kim Rooney (Independent Arbitrator in Rede Chambers), Sylvia Tee (Partner of Ashurst), and Winnie Tam SC, JP (Senior Counsel in Hong Kong).
