作为全球领先的国际争议解决机构，AAA-ICDR是美国仲裁协会（AAA）的国际业务部门，其《国际争议解决程序规则》已被全球企业广泛采用，每年处理来自90多个国家的跨境案件，在亚太地区尤其是中国市场的影响力持续提升。本次来访旨在进一步了解中国跨境商事争议解决的实践需求，探讨中外仲裁机构与律所的协同合作模式。

交流中，王伟圣律师分享了广悦律所在涉外商事、跨境投资等领域的争议解决经验，结合近年代理的多起复杂国际仲裁案件，分析了中外当事人在仲裁程序、证据规则、裁决执行中的共性需求与实践难点。双方就如何优化跨境仲裁服务、提升争议解决效率、加强人才培养与行业交流等议题展开深入探讨，并就未来开展案例研讨、培训合作等达成初步共识。

A delegation from the American Arbitration Association-ICDR (“AAA-ICDR”) Asia Pacific region visited Wang Jing & GH Law Firm to explore new opportunities in cross-border dispute resolution.

On May 13, 2026, Ms. Thara Gopalan, Vice President of the AAA-ICDR, and Ms. Wang Lin, Director of Dispute Resolution Practice for Greater China, visited Wang Jing & GH Law Firm and held in-depth discussions with Mr. Wang Weisheng, Partner and Senior Arbitrator.

As a leading global dispute resolution institution, AAA-ICDR is the international practice arm of the American Arbitration Association. Its Rules of International Dispute Resolution are widely adopted by businesses worldwide, handling cross-border cases from over 90 countries annually, and its influence in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in the Chinese market, continues to grow. This visit aimed to further understand the practical needs of cross-border commercial dispute resolution in China and explore collaborative models between Chinese and foreign arbitration institutions and law firms.

During the exchange, Attorney Wang Weisheng shared Wang Jing & GH Law Firm's experience in dispute resolution in areas such as international commercial law and cross-border investment. Drawing on numerous complex international arbitration cases handled in recent years, he analyzed the common needs and practical challenges faced by Chinese and foreign parties in arbitration procedures, rules of evidence, and enforcement of awards. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on how to optimize cross-border arbitration services, improve dispute resolution efficiency, and strengthen talent development and industry exchange. They also reached a preliminary consensus on future case studies and training cooperation.
