Ms. Li has studied and worked in Germany for many years. She has abundant practice experience and is fluent in German and English and qualified to practise law in both China and Germany. She has assisted the Ministry of Foreign Affair of China and Chinese consular officers in the establishment of the Chinese Consulate General in a European country, and was authorized by the Consulate General to be the contact person for consular protection in that consular district. Furthermore, she provides legal services to Chinese and German companies in their outbound investments and bilateral cooperation. When working in Germany, Ms. Li was attorney at law at a famous German law firm, where she provided high quality legal services to clients in M&A and other corporate matters including cross-border investment and M&A, direct investment by foreign-funded enterprises, international trade, incorporation of foreign-funded enterprises, etc.
