Mr. SHA is a foreign-related lawyer under the Thousand-Talent Program of the Ministry of Justice, member of Guangdong Provincial Leading Talents Pool of Foreign-related Lawyers, member of the Qualification Pool of External Directors of Enterprises Supervised by Guangzhou SASAC, and independent director and supervisor of State-owned listed companies. He is the arbitrator of the Hainan International Arbitration Court, and arbitrator of Zhaoqing Arbitration Commission. He also serves as a member of several professional committees of the Guangdong Lawyers Association and the Guangzhou Lawyers Association. He was a former Counselor of the Policy Research Office of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government, associate professor of Wuhan University of Technology, and deputy chief engineer of large state-owned enterprises.

His customers or their projects, including large state-owned enterprises, world-renowned investment funds, listed companies, securities companies, fund companies, futures companies, trust companies, commercial banks, are all over China, the United States, France, India, Thailand and Africa. His academic papers and works have been published in Chinese Lawyers and other journals over the years.
