Ms. Ou obtained her LL.Ms from the City University of Hong Kong and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and also studied in the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). She has in-depth knowledge of international legal issues. She has advised many large enterprises on investment, M&A, tax planning, and dispute resolution, acting also as a long-term legal counsel. Ms. Ou devotes herself to various areas including foreign-related civil and commercial dispute resolution and foreign investment. She has represented many enterprises to handle international legal issues and advised on platform building for overseas investment and domestic guarantee against foreign debt, etc.
