Mr. Cai graduated from South China University of Technology with a LL. B degree and possesses a PRC Lawyers License and a BEC Higher Certificate. He won the third prize of the 2nd Public Prosecutor and Lawyer Prosecution & Defense Contest in Guangzhou with his team.
Mr. Cai is skilled at representing a corporate as an accuser and protecting the client's rights and interests in financial crime cases. He previously worked at the supervision department of a listed real estate company and has accumulated an extensive experience in and unique insights into intra-company criminal clue collection, compliance review, and criminal risk precaution. During his career, he has cooperated in handling the first bid-rigging case involving a company's employees in a certain province and a bribery case involving non-state staff with the largest amount of money, which have all attracted widespread attention from local media.
