Before joining Wang Jing & GH, Ms. Wan worked for one of the most famous real estate groups in China, responsible for legal matters regarding land investment & development. Later, she was a member of the Dispute Resolution Department of a top law firm for many years.Ms. Wan has extensive experience in her practice areas, including but not limited to litigation, arbitration, and non-litigation services in real estate, construction engineering, and company management. Her professional experience in real estate is mainly reflected in legal services for investment and M & A, financing, land transaction, bidding, design, construction, supervision, decoration, and claims for construction engineering, cooperative development, property lease, sale and purchase, and property management. Ms. Wan has handled several large real estate transaction projects and represented many complex and major litigations and arbitrations, providing legal service for many companies in their lawful operations.Ms. Wan obtained a LL.B from Sun Yat-sen University and a LL.M in International Economic Law at China University of Political Science and Law. Besides, during her study, she went to William & Mary Law School as a visiting scholar for further study.
