Since graduation from university in 2001, Ms. Amily Wong worked in Guangzhou Baiyun District People's Court for 16 years, where she was a Presiding Judge and later Deputy Chief Judge of the Civil & Commercial Division and the Case Acceptance Division. During her tenure in court, she has handled many civil and commercial cases such as contract disputes, corporate disputes and real estate disputes, as well as retrial cases of different types. She has a deep understanding of trial procedures of civil & commercial cases and extensive experience in legal practice.
Ms. Wong is familiar with legal services in real estate sector and financial matters relating to banks and insurance companies. She also specializes in company operation risk prevention and control, dispute resolution, investment, financing and M&A.
After moving to private practice, Ms. Wong participated in many urban renewal projects for urban villages such as Tan Village, Lijiao Village, Huo Village, Yuan Village, Datansha Island and Liu Village, which helped her gain rich experience in urban renewal legal services. She has provided litigation and non-litigation legal services to many large enterprises such as CapitaLand Group, Sunrich Group, Agile Property Holdings Limited, Ruihua Group, Zhukuan Group, and 37 Interactive Entertainment (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. She has won wide acclaim from clients owing to her professionalism, dedication and rich experience.
