After graduating from the Law School of Sun Yat-Sen University in 1994, Mr. Li worked as judge in a court in Guangzhou for 21 years in charge of trial of real estate, civil and criminal cases. He was previously Chief Judge of the Third Civil Division (Real Estate Division) and later Chief Judge of the Criminal Division. Mr. Li is familiar with relevant laws and regulations and has extensive trial experience in various civil and criminal cases, especially those relating to development, sale and construction of commercial houses, contract, marriage and family, labor, etc. He often received awards for his expertise and contributions in case handling.
Mr. Li continued legal study while working as judge and obtained an LL.M degree from Sun Yat-sen University. With solid legal theories and rich experience in handling cases, he has written many papers with practical value in judicial practice. He won the third prize in a court paper writing competition in Guangzhou. Some cases he handled or on which he wrote commentary were included in the Selection of Court Cases by the Supreme People's Court.
After turning to private practice, Mr. Li remains diligent and responsible in his work. With many years of practical experience and legal knowledge, he can always offer targeted and operable legal solutions for clients, which earned him tremendous compliment and trust from clients.
