Ms. Lee has a dual degree in law and computer science. Her practice focuses on various corporate legal issues, including corporate equity, investment and financing, bankruptcy and liquidation, transfer of State-owned land use right involved in real estate and construction projects, construction contracts dispute, commercial house purchase and sales, financial lease contract, etc. During her career she has handled many major commercial litigation cases and has extensive experience in the field of commercial dispute resolution. Currently she is long-term / special legal counsel for many listed companies and institutions, such as the Modern Service Industry Alliance, the Information Industry Federation of Science and Technology Park (Tianhe District, Guangzhou), and the Informatization Working Group of Guangzhou Lawyers Association.
