Mr. Jeff Yang is senior partner of Wang Jing & GH Law Firm and heads the Firm’s TMT Group. He has over ten years of experience in handling internet related legal matters. His practices focus on internet investment and M&A, internet information security, internet company equity incentives, internet trademark and IP, confidentiality and non-competition involving internet companies, contract, general corporate issues and litigation, etc.

Mr. Yang worked in the legal department as in-house counsel and then as chief legal officer of many well-known large internet companies. He set up and led the Firm’s TMT Group after joining Wang Jing & GH. The Group headed by him has been recognized as an Outstanding IP Litigation Team in Anti-Unfair Competition Area by famous IP legal service rating agencies.
