Mr. Wang Jing, Director of the Eighth and Ninth Maritime Law Committee of All China Lawyers Association and former Director, Managing Partner, as well as founding partner of Wang Jing & Co. Law Firm, is now Chairman of Board of Directors and Managing Partner of Wang Jing & GH Law Firm. Mr. Wang Jing has practiced law for more than 30 years, and founded and managed Wang Jing & Co. for more than 25 years. He has handled and instructed over a thousand foreign-related cases, many of which have been recognized as classic foreign-related cases in China. Mr. Wang has substantial influence in foreign-related practice in areas including maritime and admiralty and corporate law. He maintains close cooperation and contact with many well-known international law firms, English barristers, liquidators, and etc. Mr. Wang is legal counsel in China for various overseas listed companies, multinational corporations, large State-owned enterprises, securities companies, international P&I clubs, etc. He is often invited as China law expert to provide legal advice and attend hearings for cross-examination at courts or arbitration courts in London, Singapore, Hong Kong, BVI, Cayman Islands, etc. Mr. Wang has been consistently recognized as a top lawyer in shipping and foreign-related practices by Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Asialaw Profiles, ALB, China Business Law Journal and other international rating institutions.
