The products of a renowned international brand were sold by unauthorized distributors in the country through online and physical stores. We acted for the foreign brand seeking IP protection, provided to them advice on trademark related Chinese laws and regulations, contacted unauthorized distributors, drafted and issued warning letters to protect clients’ rights in the brand, and demanded all unauthorized distributors to remove the clients’ products from their sales channels and ensure that the related products will no longer be illegally sold.
