Arbitration proceedings involving disputes over charter parties, international trade, shipbuilding contracts and foreign investment were conducted in HKIAC, CIETAC Hong Kong, SIAC and London, and the arbitral awards were sought to be recognized and enforced before courts in the mainland of China. We worked closely with Queen’ s Counsels to develop appropriate arbitration strategies and later successfully applied for the winning awards to be recognized and enforced by Chinese courts.
