  We were retained by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and worked jointly with English lawyers in this matter. We participated in the business negotiations on the share transfer related to its well-known grape juice brand, the use of franchise rights and conditions for grant of franchise right, signed the transfer agreement and negotiated the payment terms, etc.
