Acted for MRI Trading Group (Singapore) to handle several major disputes over trade financing transactions involving various Chinese companies located in Shandong, Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and other provinces/cities of China. The disputes are mainly about pledge of goods in various bonded warehouses. The amount in dispute is about USD10 million;
