Tamara Jakuszko (née Liu) holds practicing qualifications in Hong Kong and the Guangdong‑Hong Kong‑Macao Greater Bay Area. She is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), an accredited adjudicator and member of the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Adjudicators, and a member of the Tribunal Secretariat Panel of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. Her primary practice focuses on litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, with a particular specialization in construction disputes. Currently serving as a GBA Lawyer at Guangdong Guangyue Law Firm and a Senior Lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration Team at Tonys Lawyers in Hong Kong, she independently manages the full proceedings of complex litigation and arbitration cases, covering case strategy formulation, client communication, senior counsel team coordination and junior lawyer supervision. Prior to her current roles, she practiced in the construction team of Deacons, providing professional legal advice on construction contract disputes, and served as in‑house legal counsel at Hang Lung Properties. She completed her trainee solicitor training at an international law firm, where she accumulated solid experience in dispute resolution for the construction and other specialized industries. Devoted to public interest legal services for a long time, Tamara Jakuszko (née Liu) has received numerous honors, including the Individual Gold Award (2024) and Individual Silver Award (2025) under the Law Society of Hong Kong Public & Community Service Recognition Scheme, as well as the Special Award under the Pro Bono Legal Service Recognition Scheme of the Chief Secretary for Administration’s Office of the Hong Kong SAR. She is also a panel lawyer of the Hong Kong Legal Aid Department and a member of the Public Affairs Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong. Additionally, she served as an arbitrator for the 22nd Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the 16th FIAMC–CIETAC International Arbitration Moot.
