From 18th to 20th February, 2022, Wintell & Co. successfully hosted the first meeting of the three law firms Gongcheng, Wang Jing & GH, and Wintell & Co. During the three-day event, nearly 60 partners, coming from the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle, the Greater Bay Area Economic Circle, and the Northeast Industrial Base gathered for the first time to have a high-quality brainstorming session face to face. In this lively environment, they shared the mature management experience of each law firm, hit the painful and difficult points of law firm development, and talked about the cultivation methods of young talents.

In the keynote speech, Mr. Chen Youmu, director of Wintell, introduced the layout concept of Wintell and the Yangtze River Delta legal market. Mr. Sam Wong, director of WJNGH, analyzed the trend of law firms’ development model and interpreted the legal service market of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area. Finally, Mr. Su Hui, the founding partner of Gongcheng, brought his observation insights on the legal service market of the Northeast China region. Combining a series of data, the three industry elites clearly outlined the distinctive features and future development trends of the legal service market in the three regions.
Moreover, during the meeting, Wintell surprisingly announced the decision of renaming the three conference rooms with the highest utilization rate and the best view as “Gongcheng”, “Wang Jing and GH” and “Holman Fenwick Willan.” This means that in the future, the three Firms will have a “home” for their staff’s trips in Shanghai, where they can meet with clients, talk about business, and have more and deeper communication with their colleagues in their private office.
The complementarity of the three Firms in the three regions in terms of geography and advantageous fields made the guests see the value and significance of their mutual integration.
