December 2022 saw the official publishing in London, the UK, of the book Commercial and Maritime Law in China and Europe co-contributed by Mr. Wang Jing and Mr. Wilson Wang, partners of Wang Jing & GH Law Firm. The book contains 17 chapters discussing major, difficult and hot topics in commercial and maritime law in China and Europe.
At the end of December 2020, Dr. Shengnan Jia, founder of China-Europe Commercial Collabortion Association and Dr. Lijun Liz Zhao invited Mr. Wang Jing and Mr. Wilson Wang, partners of Wang Jing & GH, to contribute to the book Commercial and Maritime Law in China and Europe. Mr. Wang and Wilson accepted the invitation with pleasure and co-wrote Chapter 10, The Interim Measures Mechanism in International Arbitration in China: Law and Recent Developments.
After two years, this book, which brought together the experience and wisdom of many industry experts at home and abroad, and was edited by Dr. Shengnan Jia and Dr. Lijun Liz Zhao, was officially published. It is believed this book will play a positive role in promoting the exchange and cooperation between China and Europe in commercial and maritime fields, and serving and safeguarding China’s policy of building a strong ocean state, as well as the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.

China-Europe Commercial Collaboration Association (“CECCA”) is a non-profit organisation in London, aiming to promote communication between trade and shipping, between academics and professionals, and more importantly between Europe and China. CECCA’s senior consultants and members are all maritime and commercial law experts from universities and colleges, law firms and industry organizations of China, the UK, Italy, Germany, Spain. Each year CECCA co-holds (non-profit-making) international conferences with different universities and colleges and law firms.
