Ms. Qingqing Feng is a senior partner of Guangyue Law Firm, a cooperative master's degree tutor of digital law direction in Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, awarded “ALB 2023 South China Regional Lawyer Rising Star Award”by Asian Law Journal, and appointed as the first batch of image ambassadors of the rule of law business environment in Guangzhou City. Ms. Feng obtained her license to practice law in 2015 and has been practicing law for 9 years. She has led the team to organize dozens of data governance, cross-border data flow and overseas data compliance projects covering the industries of smart manufacturing, finance, education, healthcare, science and technology, and consumerism, etc.; she is well-versed in corporate equity governance and transaction structure design, and she has provided legal services for a number of enterprises to obtain investments from well-known institutions such as the Singapore government's sovereign fund, Tencent, SoftBank, and CDH.
