Ms. Feng Qingqing is a Senior Partner at Wang Jing & GH Law Firm, a Co-supervisor for Master's Students in Digital Law at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, a Guest Professor for the International Business Law Program at Guangzhou University, Deputy Director of the Foreign-related Working Committee of Guangzhou Lawyers Association, Director of the Digital Law Research Society of Guangzhou Law Society, and Vice President of the Legal Branch of Xiamen University Guangdong Alumni Association. These projects cover data compliance system establishment, network and data security, AI regulatory compliance, AI product and industry application compliance, equity structure and nominee holdings, equity cooperation disputes, capital increase disputes, and equity exit disputes. Her industry coverage includes artificial intelligence, digital entertainment, internet, technology, freight logistics, finance, healthcare, and consumer goods.
In data compliance, Ms. Feng has served as PRC data compliance legal counsel for Hong Kong IPO-bound enterprises and as legal counsel for companies expanding overseas (UK, France, US, Singapore, Turkey, Brazil, Philippines, Japan, India) regarding cross-border data compliance and privacy protection. She is the lead editor of the Data Governance Law Case Study Textbook, a contributing author of The Road to Data Compliance for Enterprises in the Big Data Era, and a lead expert drafter of the group standard *Guidelines for Data Labeling Compliance for AI (T/CECC 46-2025)*. Her project, "Data Compliance Project for a Technology Company's Overseas Operations," was recognized as an "Outstanding Case of Guangzhou Foreign-related Legal Construction." A research report on chip security written by her team received affirmative comments from the leadership of the China Law Society and was submitted to relevant central authorities for decision-making reference.
In corporate equity and commercial dispute resolution, Ms. Feng has provided legal services for numerous companies in securing equity investments from Singapore Government Investment Corporation, SoftBank, CDH Investments, etc., and advised on founder control protection, team equity incentives, equity financing, and equity disputes. Representative projects include advising a tech company on a nearly US$100 million financing round led by a globally renowned sovereign fund with follow-on investment from existing shareholders; providing special legal services for a state-owned enterprise and a private company's equity cooperation in a coffee industry project; achieving a complete victory in a "Beijing Company Capital Increase Contract Dispute Case" through extensive practical experience and precise litigation strategy. She is a contributing author of the Practical Guide to Corporate Equity in the Digital Economy Era and has published special reports Equity Incentive Practice Manual and Equity Financing Practice Manual on Wolters Kluwer's legal database, demonstrating her team's diligence and expertise in corporate equity and commercial disputes.
Beyond her professional work, Ms. Feng actively participates in university talent development and the advancement of cutting-edge disciplines like digital law. She has been invited to deliver over 40 lectures at Xiamen University, Sun Yat-sen University, Wuhan University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Guangzhou University, The Education University of Hong Kong, and various bar associations, receiving wide acclaim from students and young lawyers.
