Mr. SHA has been practicing for over 25 years， as a foreign-related lawyer under the Thousand-Talent Program of the Ministry of Justice, member of Guangdong Provincial Leading Talents Pool of Foreign-related Lawyers, member of the Qualification Pool of External Directors of Enterprises Supervised by Guangzhou SASAC, and independent director and supervisor of State-owned listed companies. He is the arbitrator of the Hainan International Arbitration Court, and arbitrator of Zhaoqing Arbitration Commission. He also serves as a member of several professional committees of the Guangdong Lawyers Association and the Guangzhou Lawyers Association. He was a former Counselor of the Policy Research Office of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government, associate professor of Wuhan University of Technology, and deputy chief engineer of large state-owned enterprises.

Acquisition fund: compliance advice on the implementation of an acquisition project involving RMB 26.1 billion via a trust collective fund plan.
A number of private equities, such as a mobile internet start-up enterprise (angel round); A round (Tencent) and B round (Alibaba + Tencent); overseas financing of USD42.8 million (VIE structure) by a domestic enterprise; a domestic enterprise raised USD30 million through round-trip investment of a special purpose vehicle established by a domestic resident.
Cross-border investment and Financing: major onshore and offshore financing (preferred shares, Euro convertible bonds); provided legal services for a railway company regarding an ODI project in one of The Belt and Road countries.
