Mr. SHA has more than 25 years of legal practice experience. He is a foreign-related lawyer selected under the Ministry of Justice’s Thousand-Talent Program, a member of Guangdong Provincial Leading Talents Pool of Foreign-related Lawyers, a member of the Qualification Pool of External Directors of Enterprises Supervised by Guangzhou SASAC, and serves as independent director and supervisor for state-owned listed companies. He acts as an arbitrator of the Hainan International Arbitration Court and Zhaoqing Arbitration Commission, and holds committee memberships in multiple professional committees of the Guangdong Lawyers Association and Guangzhou Lawyers Association. He previously served as Counselor of the Policy Research Office of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government, Associate Professor at Wuhan University of Technology, and Deputy Chief Engineer of a large state-owned enterprise. Equipped with outstanding domestic and overseas educational background, he is proficient in Chinese, English and French, and delivers legal services to clients at home and abroad.
