Ms. Cai Yingzi focuses on real estate and construction, investment and M&A, urban renewal, and civil and commercial litigation. In particular, she has more than 14 years of project experience in urban renewal legal services, is familiar with urban renewal policies, and has been deeply involved in urban renewal projects including Tancun, Chengjie East, Chengjie West, Yuancun and Jishan in Tianhe District; Lijiao and Xinshitou in Haizhu District; Huocun, Yantang, Honggang, Hongwei, Shuangsha, Xiayuan and Miaotou in Huangpu District; Jiancun in Zengcheng District; and Datong in Nansha District.
