Mr. Fornari who is fluent in Italian, English, French and Chinese, moved to China in 2008 after working for two years as in-house legal counsel for two leading Chinese companies in Italy.
At Wang Jing & GH Law Firm Mr. Fornari is head of Foreign Legal Affairs, a highly specialized team of domestic and foreign professional with extensive experience in the field of foreign-related Chinese law cases. Among his many achievements during the last 15 years with the Law Firm, Mr. Fornari has worked on dozens of technical publications on Chinese Laws, held countless lectures at universities and business forums on topics such as the PRC Civil Procedure Law, Company Law, Intellectual Property Law, Labor Law and others.
Mr. Fornari is nowadays Director, Supervisor and/or Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of several dozen Sino-foreign Joint Ventures in China, as well as the trusted legal counsel of many European Consulate Generals in Guangzhou.
Mr. Fornari has much experience living and working abroad as both his father and mother worked for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Among other cities he lived in Saudi Arabia, the United States of America, in Tunisia where he attended courses of Arabic language and in Italy where he majored at the Universita’ degli Studi di Pavia in Law.
