Ms. Su Bing previously served as a legal officer in the Chief Economist Office of a provincial state-owned construction engineering company in Guangdong, with rich experience in handling construction cases and in economic risk prevention and control for state-owned enterprises. Since joining the firm, she has mainly participated in nearly 50 special urban renewal legal service projects across multiple districts of Guangzhou, and has accumulated relatively rich experience in reviewing documents at various stages of urban renewal, village-enterprise cooperation negotiations and collective property clearance. She has also participated in due diligence and special research reports on entry and exit research for urban renewal projects, financing channels for old redevelopment projects, and equity financing methods for urban renewal. She became a member of the legislative task force for the Guangzhou Urban Village Redevelopment Regulations and the “Three Olds” Redevelopment Measures, and has a relatively in-depth understanding of urban renewal policies, regulations and practice. In civil and commercial dispute resolution, she has successively provided litigation and non-contentious legal services to China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd., Industrial Bank, Guangzhou City Investment Urban Renewal Company, Guangzhou Pearl River Industrial Park Investment Development Co., Ltd. and others. She has represented clients in construction contract disputes, lease contract disputes and housing demolition disputes, maximizing clients’ interests.
