Mr.Li graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a Juris Master Degree. He has extensive practical experience in civil and commercial dispute resolution, in particular for disputes concerning development, sale and purchase, construction of commercial housing development, as well as other contractual disputes. He also has in-depth research on the fields of urban renewal and real property, and has published several articles with practical guiding significance. Combining rich practice experience and solid theoretical foundation, Mr.Li is good at putting forward targeted and operable legal service plans to effectively solve clients' practical problems. Since engaging in legal practice, he has provided one-stop full-process legal services for numerous urban renewal projects.
