Mr. Yang has nearly two decades of experience in Internet law, and has worked for or served as legal director for many large-scale Internet companies. He specializes in data compliance, investment and M&A legal affairs, corporate information security legal affairs, equity incentive legal affairs, intellectual property legal affairs, confidentiality and non-competition legal affairs, contract legal affairs, corporate legal affairs, litigation legal affairs, etc. Since the establishment of his team focusing on Internet companies, he has been awarded “Rising Stars of 2021” by China Business Law Journal, and his cases have been awarded “Deals of the Year 2020” by China Business Law Journal, “Lingnan Excellent Litigation Case of Intellectual Property”, “Excellent Business Achievement” by Guangzhou Lawyers Association.
