1. Represented the time charterer/disponent owner of M/V “Angelic Power”, Filipino crew members and crewing agents in a series of sea carriage and crew employment contract disputes. The ship arrest and auction case was listed as a Top 10 Case of 2021 by Guangzhou Maritime Court; the crew employment dispute cases were selected as National Typical Maritime Cases of 2021 by the Supreme People’s Court of China.
2. Entrusted by a leading new energy vehicle enterprise to provide full-process legal services for its Thailand factory construction project.
3. Conducted legal research and issued legal opinions on mainland China pilotage laws and regulations to advance Mirs Bay mutual pilot qualification recognition and one-stop pilotage mechanism.
4. Provided China law expert legal advice for a foreign enterprise in an international trade dispute and appeared as an expert witness for cross-examination before the Singapore High Court.
