Jintong Ouyang graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. She has handled hundreds of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, covering financial lending, international trade, real estate, equity disputes, marriage and inheritance disputes, as well as enforcement proceedings. Focusing on wealth transmission and protection practice, she has dealt with numerous family-related litigations including divorce disputes, inheritance disputes, marital common property division disputes, maintenance disputes and cohabitation separation disputes. She has also completed a large number of non-litigation consulting, mediation and agreement drafting work, such as planning and optimization of testament arrangements (wills, living wills, intended guardianship), as well as formulation and optimization of various family agreements including property division agreements, ownership vesting agreements and asset management agreements. Since 2012, Jintong Ouyang has been deeply engaged in anti-discrimination and family law legal services. She has been invited to deliver lectures and participate in various seminars hosted by organizations including the Communist Youth League Guangdong Provincial Committee, Guangzhou Women's Federation, Tianhe Women's Federation, Baiyun Women's Federation, Zengcheng Women's Federation, Guangzhou Legal Aid Foundation, Guangdong Women's Health Hospital, Tianhe District Lai Sui Service Centre, UNDP and other institutions.
