The case involved a prominent real estate project in Shekou, Shenzhen, with a total project value exceeding 10 billion RMB. Despite a comprehensive defeat in the first instance, successfully secured a favorable outcome in the Supreme Court’s second instance, which annulled the original judgment and remanded the case for retrial. Ultimately, achieved a full victory by obtaining a judgment from the Guangdong High Court in the retrial, rejecting all claims from the opposing party, and a final affirmation of the retrial judgment by the Supreme Court in the second retrial.
Represented a Shenzhen-based Fortune Industrial Group Co., Ltd. in a series of contract disputes over real estate development with a Shenzhen real estate development company and a Shenzhen conference center (hotel) company. Acted on behalf of the Fortune Group in proceedings before the Luohu Court, Shenzhen Intermediate Court, Guangdong High Court, and Guangdong Provincial Procuratorate. The case involved extremely complex procedures, including first and second instances of third-party revocation lawsuits, retrial and prosecutorial supervision of the original judgment, integration of the second instance of the third-party revocation lawsuit into retrial procedures, remand for retrial, enforcement objections and reconsideration, applications for suspension of execution, and retrial procedures following remand for retrial. Represented Shenzhen Kangnuofu Information Consulting Co., Ltd. in the second-instance proceedings of a contract dispute case against Shenzhen Zhaobangji Group Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Liyumen Investment Development Co., Ltd., and others 【Case Number: (2018) Supreme Court Civil Final 751】. The case involved the Zhaobangji Technology Park project in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, with a total project value exceeding 10 billion RMB. Successfully secured a favorable outcome in the Supreme People’s Court, which dismissed the opposing party’s appeal. This case was included in the Supreme People’s Court Gazette, Issue No. 2 of 2020.
Represented the Guangdong Branch of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation in a dispute over an export credit insurance contract with Mr. Li and a third party, Dongguan Counter Cloud Terminal System Co., Ltd. Filed a retrial application with the Guangdong High Court on behalf of the client. The case centered on the determination of the validity of the "dispute prerequisite clause" in export credit insurance, a matter critical to the systemic risk control in the export credit insurance industry. Successfully achieved a favorable retrial judgment with the court revising the original decision.

Represented the Huishan District Government and Management Committee of Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, in a construction land use right transfer contract dispute with Wuxi Baoming Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. 【Case Number: (2017) Supreme Court Civil Retrial 109】. Despite the unfavorable situation where the Supreme Court had already accepted the case for retrial (which generally indicates a likelihood of reversal), successfully facilitated a mediation, achieving a positive outcome for the clients.
Represented Guangdong Zhenxi Investment Management Co., Ltd. in a construction contract dispute with Lianjiang First Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Xu Zhirong, and Guangzhou Xinqiao Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. 【Case Number: (2017) Supreme Court Civil Retrial 318】. After the Supreme Procuratorate filed a protest against the Guangdong High Court’s final judgment, participated in the prosecutorial supervision and retrial proceedings at the Supreme Court on behalf of Guangdong Zhenxi Investment Management Co., Ltd., successfully securing a judgment upholding the original final ruling.

Despite the case being recognized by the Guizhou High Court as one of the top ten typical cases, successfully filed a retrial application with the Supreme Court on behalf of the Agricultural Bank of China, ultimately achieving a favorable retrial judgment.
