Lu Weina is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in commercial legal services. She serves as the Equity Mentor for Ether One-Class Entrepreneurship Course, covering over 30,000 entrepreneurs. She has delivered hundreds of lectures, including Legal Pitfalls in Entrepreneurship, Essential Equity Lessons for Co-Founding, and Equity Incentives: Reshaping Organizational Momentum.
She was awarded the Science and Financial Excellence Service Award by the Enterprise Development Service Center of Futian District, Shenzhen.
