Christian Martinengo is a Legal Project Manager at Wang Jing & GH Law Firm in Shenzhen, where he coordinates projects within the Foreign Legal Affairs Department, assisting both international and Chinese clients on cross-border transactions, foreign direct investment, commercial arbitration, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Martinengo holds an LL.M. in Transnational Business Law from Peking University School of Transnational Law (Shenzhen) and an LL.B. in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

-He has gained professional experience in international law firms in Milan, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, working on M&A transactions, intellectual property protection, labor law matters, and international contract drafting. He also contributes to academia as Assistant to Professor (“Cultore della Materia”) in “Chinese business Law” at the International University of Rome (UNINT) and “Principles of Asian Law” at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

Mr. Martinengo is also active in many organization for the international cooperation between China, Italy and the EU, such as ICPN, ICLA and EU Guanxi.

He is fluent in Italian, English, and Mandarin Chinese.
