Since joining the firm, Ms. Chen has been deeply involved in multiple special urban renewal legal service projects, including Miaotou Village, Xiayuan Village, Huocun Village and Liucun Village in Huangpu District, Datong Village in Nansha District, Lijiao Village and Nanji Village in Haizhu District, and Jishan Village in Tianhe District. She has also participated in multiple urban renewal due diligence and investment and M&A projects, accumulating relatively rich practical experience in the operation logic of urban renewal projects, transaction structure analysis, legal risk identification and compliance review. In real estate and construction, civil and commercial dispute resolution and other areas, Ms. Chen has successively provided litigation and non-contentious legal services to clients including Poly Developments and Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou City Investment Urban Renewal Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd., Country Garden Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. She has participated in handling construction contract disputes, lease contract disputes, cooperative development contract disputes and other types of civil and commercial disputes, and has assisted clients with contract review, legal consultation, compliance risk alerts, legal document drafting and legal support relating to daily operation and management, enabling her to provide clients with professional, pragmatic and efficient comprehensive legal services.
