Chen Nuo has an educational background spanning both the Chinese and English legal systems and has passed the FLK1 of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). She is capable of using English in legal practice to assist lawyers with case research and the drafting of legal documents.
She previously interned at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and is familiar with the application of law and procedural issues in international arbitration. In addition, she has solid practical experience in litigation and arbitration in mainland China, with a strong understanding of procedural requirements and judicial practice.
Chen Nuo is able to accurately bridge domestic and cross-border legal practice standards, providing professional and efficient end-to-end practical support to legal teams, and demonstrates comprehensive capabilities in coordinating and handling both cross-border and domestic legal matters.
