On September 26, 2021, Mr. Yao Changhui of Wang Jing& GH Law Firm was invited by Guangzhou Agricultural and Commercial Bank togive a lecture on the theme of "Employment Management Risk Prevention."
As the special labor legal advisor of GuangzhouAgricultural and Commercial Bank, Wang Jing & GH Law Firm gave a detailedexplanation on the common employment management risk prevention faced by thebank, taking into account daily labor legal consultation problems of the bank. Mr.Yao Changhui, resting on relevant laws and regulations, combined with specificlabor dispute cases and his practical experience explained in simple terms thelegal risk prevention and control methods that the bank may take when dealingwith labor management problems, answering one by one the questions raised bythe audience.
The lecture was divided into employment management’sfour main topics: probationary period, attendance and overtime, work injury andsick leave, and employment management under special circumstances. Mr. Yaospecifically addressed the common problems of probationary period, thedetermination of absenteeism and overtime, the treatment of work injuryinsurance, the common problems of medical period, and the employment managementof special groups such as "three periods" female workers andveterans, among others.
The lecture was held both online and offline, givingthe opportunity to more than 100 people to be trained.
