On 27 September, the M&A andrestructuring Practice Committee of Guangzhou Lawyers Association, togetherwith the Culture Media and Sports and Entertainment Law Committee, held a salonat the Guangzhou & GH Law Firm with the theme of "Data Compliance DueDiligence in Equity Investment Transactions." Its purpose is to deepen theunderstanding of data compliance importance and necessity among lawyers inGuangzhou, and to improve the legal practice ability and legal service level ofM&A and restructuring of lawyers in Guangzhou.
