On March 24, 2022, Mr. Franco Fornari, International Partner of Wang Jing & GH Law Firm, held a lesson from remote for the Master degree of I level in Global Management for China (GMC). The lesson marks the ninth year at the lessons for Master degree for Mr. Fornari. The GMC is a course addressed to Bachelors who wish to integrate their cultural-linguistic education with a baggage of economic, legal, and business notions, specializing at the same time in their business Chinese skills. The course is offered with the collaboration of five universities (Venice, Rome, Macerata, Bergamo, and Naples) and it provides a highly interdisciplinary program divided into six modules (law, politics, economics, business, IT, and linguistics). The current edition of the course is hosted by Università Orientale of Naples.
During the lesson, Mr. Fornari entertained the students with an exciting lecture on Civil Litigation and Arbitration in the P.R.C., providing notions of the legal structures of both subjects and revealing the main relevant legislations.
Mr. Fornari held the lesson in his office by Wang Jing & GH Law Firm situated in Canton city center. He gave a thorough explanation to students’ queries and doubts, giving them also the opportunity to make an online tour of the Firm, where the students were fascinated by the magnificent urban reality around the building.
Mr. Fornari is fluent in Italian, English, French, and Chinese. He moved to China in 2008 after working for two years as a Legal Consultant in Italy for two leading Chinese companies in the fields of services and manufacturing. At Wang Jing & GH Law Firm, Mr. Fornari is in charge of the foreign-related service team, a highly specialized team of domestic and foreign professionals with extensive experience in the field of foreign-related Chinese law cases.
