Despite a comprehensive defeat in the first instance, successfully secured a favorable outcome in the Supreme Court’s second instance, which annulled the original judgment and remanded the case for retrial. Ultimately, achieved a full victory by obtaining a judgment from the Guangdong High Court in the retrial, rejecting all claims from the opposing party, and a final affirmation of the retrial judgment by the Supreme Court in the second retrial.
