August 21st, 2020, the German Chamber of Commerce in China invited our lawyer Ms. Eloisa Hu from the Foreign-related Legal Service Group for the seminar about corporate social responsibility (CSR), during which Ms. Eloisa Hu shed some lights on how Chinese laws regulate CSR and how to be legally compliant when implementing CSR, from practical perspective combined with some precedent cases.
The topic of this seminar has attracted great interest of companies with German investment in South China. The participants expressed that, under the background of Covid-19, companies pay even more attention to CSR and its implementation. This seminar has provided what they needed to know in this regard. The seminar was successfully held with active interaction between participants and speakers.
