In 2020 Wang Jing & GH Law Firm made a strategic deployment in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in response to China’s Belt and Road Initiative. In this regard, Wang Jing & GH set up the Foreign-related Legal Service Group with international perspective, re-defined its mission to be one of “building a top tier foreign related commercial legal service platform in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, built up complete foreign related legal practices and actively explored European legal service markets. In order to further strengthen the Group’s practices and expand practice areas, the Firm delivered a warm invitation to Ms. Li Li to join the Firm and become a member of the Foreign-related Legal Service Group.
Headed by Mr. Wang Jing, the Foreign-related Legal Service Group of Wang Jing & GH comprises experienced legal professionals including partners, senior consultants and associates all with profound knowledge in the laws and judicial practice in China, the US, the United Kingdom, Italy, France and other jurisdictions. Previously Ms. Mo Lili who has studied law and worked in France for many years and was ex-tax consultant of BNP Paribas Securities Services joined this Firm as associate and helped our Foreign-related Legal Service Group open up French-speaking legal service markets. Now with the joining of Ms. Li Li, the practices of the Foreign-related Legal Service Group will extend to German legal service market, and the Group will be able to provide professional legal services to multinational companies for their investment and trade in China and Germany.
With the joining of more and more elite lawyers conversant with major European languages, the Foreign-related Legal Service Group of the Firm will strengthen the Firm’s practices in European market. Furthermore, the official website of the Firm in Italian language and French language will be launched in the near future, as a move to further improve the window of exchanges through which our clients from home and abroad learn more about the brand and culture of the Firm.

Ms. Li has studied and worked in Germany for many years. She has abundant practice experience and is fluent in German and English and qualified to practise law in both China and Germany. She has assisted the Ministry of Foreign Affair of China and Chinese consular officers in the establishment of the Chinese Consulate General in a European country, and was authorized by the Consulate General to be the contact person for consular protection in that consular district. Furthermore, she provides legal services to Chinese and German companies in their outbound investments and bilateral cooperation.
Ms. Li once worked for a large Chinese State-owned central automobile company as Manager of Legal Department and General Administration, in charge of legal issues involved in the company’s investment and business operation in Germany, including establishment of overseas platforms, recruitment of international business teams, external investment and cooperation, general corporate matters and routine management.
Furthermore, Ms. Li has also assisted German automobile companies in incorporating foreign-funded enterprises and China-foreign joint venture companies in China, and also assisted them in the signing of investment agreements, lease agreements, project construction agreements, etc.
When working in Germany, Ms. Li was attorney at law at a famous German law firm, where she provided high quality legal services to clients in M&A and other corporate matters including cross-border investment and M&A, direct investment by foreign-funded enterprises, international trade, incorporation of foreign-funded enterprises, etc.

Acting for a large Chinese medical company in its acquisition of a German company, and advising the Chinese management on the post-merger integration procedure;
Acting for a Chinese company in its entry in German market, incorporation of its German subsidiary and representative office;
Organizing visits by German companies to China, participation in investment and exchanges held by Chinese companies and government departments; assisting German companies in finding Chinese joint venture partners, attending business negotiations, drafting cooperation and joint venture contracts;
Assisting a large Chinese game company in post-investment management and control of legal risks.
After joining the Foreign-related Legal Service Group of Wang Jing & GH Law Firm, Ms. Li will give a full play to her professional knowledge and many years of practice experience accumulated in Germany to help expand the practices of the foreign related legal services of the Group, so that the Group would be in the position to provide complete, professional and diversified services, especially in automobile sector, for the ultimate goal of standing out from the legal service market in the Greater Bay Area which is witnessing fierce competition.
