Recently, the Hainan Free Trade Port Dan-Yang Economic Circle China-France Investment Exchange Conference was held in the conference center of Wang Jing & GH Law Firm. Officials from Danzhou Municipal People’s Government, the Director of the Administrative Committee of Yangpu Economic Development Zone, as well as the heads of the latter’s departments in charge of inviting business and investment attended the conference. The Consul General and Economic Consul of French Consulate General in Guangzhou, head of CCI France Chine South China Office, and representatives from many French companies were invited to attend the event. The conference was convened both online and offline. Some French companies that were unable to come to Guangzhou participated virtually.

At the conference the Chinese party made a detailed introduction to the investment policy of Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Danzhou Municipality. Representatives of some French corporations having investments in China shared their investment experience and made in-depth exchanges with the Chinese side with the assistance of simultaneous interpretation. Wang Jing & GH offered its conference center and technical facilities for this conference.

After the Conference, we invited the participants to tour around our office premises, introduced to them the Firm’s business, practice areas and people. Mr. Wang Jing, Chairman of Board of Directors of the Firm received the guests and delivered the introduction to them in detail. Our associate Ms. Mo Lili, being the legal counsel of French Consulate General in Guangzhou accompanied the guests and provided full assistance for the organization and holding of the conference.
